I am tracking my progress on Weight Watchers while working on getting down to my goal weight.
Why Am I Doing This?
I have been overweight most of my life. I have tried different diets and exercise routines, etc. to attempt to lose weight and gain some control- nothing ever worked, nothing ever stuck. Also, nothing was ever really my idea so I was never truly invested in making them work long term.
In January of 2012, I finally decided that I was done. I was done being overweight. I was done eating horribly. I was done barely exercising. I was done making excuses. I had to make a change, and not just something for the short-term or just until I lost some weight. It was time to work on changing my lifestyle. I was ready to incorporate healthier foods and regular exercise into my everyday routine.
I joined Weight Watchers. I began losing weight steadily. And to help make myself more accountable, I started this blog. So, thank you for joining me as I continue my journey!
